Oscar is great at what he does. Amazing customer service that pays attention to detail and specifically attends to my aircrafts needs. We went in for a convention and Oscar was present rampside when we arrived. My friends and my helicopter looks brand new and I could not be happier. Oscar kept me informed every step of the way which is a luxury no detailing companies do. Thank you Apex for my detail I will be back soon.

Pleased with the Work
I was referred by Michael Tennant. He told me to see Julio. I was pleased with the work he and his crew did on my plane installing the new GTX 345 transponder and encoder. I was close enough to the shop that I was able to see the mechanics frequently which helped me understand the procedure.
Top Notch Work
8/24/17 Discovered a fuel leak on run while on the ground and had the plane towed to Apex on site. Had the problem resolved with a new custom fuel line in a couple of hours. Great service when I was in a bind. Highly recommend.
9/1/17 Once again Apex came through for me in replacing a custom fuel line and a problem with my left main gear brake. They even created a list of recommended minor issues that I could handle myself. Top notch work accomplished without delay.

A couple of weeks ago, I flew my Mooney to Vegas for business. During the flight, I lost my autopilot system which killed my PFD. I was able to speak with Amanda, who had Glen quickly call me to discuss details. Jim was dispatched to diagnose my problem. Jim diagnosed the issues on Tuesday and had everything all fixed by Wednesday. All this was done while I attended to my business. From Amanda’s pleasant, professional voice, Glen’s prompt personal attention to my concerns, and Jim’s quick, complete work; every aspect of this issue was outstanding. The personal service was excellent, and the pricing was more than fair. Great job Apex Aviation!
Bravo Apex Aviation and Chris Haskell
After countless hours of troubleshooting a problem on our Learjet 75 with the technical representative and the customer response center at Bombardier, we finally got Apex Aviation and Chris Haskell involved. Their mechanic showed up at my hangar in less than 15 minutes. Chris had spotted the problem when no one else could, and I was returned to service, BAM! Bravo Apex Aviation and Chris Haskell, Avionics Manager!

I fly to Vegas several times a year for fights and sporting events. I always make sure I schedule quick services, like an oil change, brake, and hydraulic fluid servicing, or IFR Certification for while I’m in town. Why let her sit idle when she could be serviced by the factory-trained technicians at Apex?
