Apex Aviation Continues to Grow Rapidly
with the Acquisition of Honest Air, Boulder City.
Henderson, NV, April 10, 2016 – Apex Aviation announced today the acquisition of Honest Air, the premier shop for King Air and Beechcraft maintenance in the southwest. Apex has moved the Honest Air maintenance operations to its newest 12,000 square foot hangar at their headquarters at the Henderson Executive Airport.
This strategic move places Apex in a key place to gain market share, adding to its already stellar Team, and its growing list of services and areas of expertise.
Honest Air had built an extraordinary following of King Air and Beechcraft owners from all over the western United States, with Owner and President, Dean Benedict, at the helm. Honest Air’s motto “Excellence at a Fair Price” turned out to be a recipe for amazing success. Adding Dean Benedict’s legendary expertise and the Technicians from Honest Air to the Apex Aviation rapidly growing operation is a win-win situation.
This strategic move ensures that the need for expert King Air maintenance will continue to be met, and it fulfills Apex’s expansion of capabilities into the twin turbine market.
I have known Dean Benedict for some years now. It’s clear we have the same approach to aircraft maintenance—we are laser-focused on high-quality work and superior customer relations” said Scott Bullock, CEO of Apex Aviation.
In 2011, Honest Air Inc. was granted a coveted dealership by Raisbeck Engineering; and twice they were the chosen shop for the initial installation of new Raisbeck-designed modifications for the King Air C90.
Our mission is to focus on maintaining relationships with those well-respected partnerships. We are honored and excited to add Honest Air Inc. to our growing list of acquisitions.
It will be noteworthy to watch Apex as it pursues an avenue of growth and expansion in the Greater Las Vegas Valley and throughout the southwest and west coast regions of the U.S to provide the corporate and general aviation markets with exceptional service.
